Refunds should be made available to all who want one from this company

This company is in the dark ages when it comes to execution of their products and customer support. If they cant make it possible to update CrazyTalk7 to fix bugs through the app store then the least they can do is email registered owners to explain that they are having a problem. In an ideal world they might even try to fix the problem but with their track record I wont hold my breath.
I want a refund and so should you!!!!!
